Classmate Profiles

Deceased classmates have been moved to the In Memoriam section of the website.  Click HERE for a list of those classmates.  With those exceptions, every senior classmate that appeared in the 1960 ANNONA has a profile here. Please follow the instructions below to find or create your profile and update your information.  If, after reading the instructions, you are not able to access your profile, go ahead and create a new one and it will be merged with the old one.

1) Type your LAST name into the "search" box found below in the center of the page and enter.  When your profile appears, you will see a notation on the right: "Is this You? Fill in your profile here."  Click on "here" and a Registration Form will appear.  Note:  The default listing is by "name at graduation" and enter LAST name only, which for the ladies would be your maiden name.  Please try to edit from the existing profile unless you did not appear in the graduating class in the 1960 ANNONA.

2) Choose a Username and Password.  Both will be required if you need to edit your profile in the future so you should make a note of them.  (If you forget, you can be sent a reminder through the website.)

3) Complete the registration form.  Note: The website administrator has access to all of the information on the registration form, but none of your personal information will appear on the website unless you want it to.

4) Upload a recent ("now") photo to your profile by clicking on the "browse" or "choose file" button that appears below "now"  and locate the image on your computer.

5) You must click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form to save the changes.

If you need help, please access the CONTACT US page found on the menu bar to the left, to ask for assistance.

BARBARA DAVIS (BINKLEY)

Marital status: Married
Occupation: Homemaker
Comment: In 1961, I married my high school sweetheart, Dwyane Davis.  After marrying, we moved to Amherst, Ohio, living there for four years and having our first child, Kimberly.  We moved to Fort Worth, Texas, in the summer of 1965.  This is where Dwayne was from and our other two childlren were born.  We have three wonderful children who have blessed us with seven beautiful grandchildren.  We moved to Saginaw, a small town just north of Fort Worth, in 1968 and built a house, which we have called home for the last 42 years.  Dwyane retired from Bell Helicopter in 1998 at 60.  Since then we have been able to travel most of these beautiful United States. We enjoy buying and selling antiques and spoiling our grandkids.  We are still very active in the church near us.  My parents have moved away from Pensacola, so we haven't kept up with friends there, but would love to hear from anyone who might remember me.  Sorry, but we won't be able to make the reunion

PATSY DAVIS (ROBERTS)

PENNY DAVIS (HUGGINS)

Marital status: Married
Occupation: Lady of Leisure
Comment: This is a good evaulation time. How am I the same? Very much down to earth, casual, sarcastic, enjoys life and fun, and has fond memories of high school. Biggest difference is I now love learning for the sake of learning and being enlighted. Living in Tallahassee has provided that environment through the Senior Academy at FSU and through our senior center. For someone who dropped out of college to marry, who would have thought that I would have enjoyed such a wide variety of short term classes. My current classes are beginner Tai Chi and "Science and Religion: Conflict or Connection".

I have become enarmored with the out of doors and most vacations are on rivers, lakes or oceans with plenty of opportunity to hike and explore.

I married a 1957 PHS graduate, Bill Davis, and we will celebrate our 48th anniversary this spring. We have a son who lives in Seattle with his wife and two children and a daughter who lives in DC with her husband and two children. My biggest challenge is figuring out how to get all of us in the same time zone. Until then, we all meet once a year for a family week.

Survivor, 24 and Oprah are among my favorite tv shows, and gardening, tennis, tai chi and attending book club replenish my spirit, mind and body.

My interests, hobbies , and activities have evolved and changed with time and circumstances.  The constant seems to be a contentment within and an enjoyment of growth and change. Whereas I once spent hours cross stitching and needlepointing, I now spend hours digging in the dirt weeding and planting.  Serving as a Girl Scout leader or Sunday School teacher has now evolved into serving up a tennis ball.  Being involved as PTA President or homeroom mother has come full circle to me being in the classroom as a leisure learner of a wide variety of subjects that challange me.  Travel used to be between Louisana and Florida or Arkansas, but now takes me to Costa Rica and Nova Scotia.  Good health, a positive attitude and a fulfilling marriage has sustained me immensely.

I so look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion. I have loved reading your updates and can't wait to hear more.

Comment: This June my husband Tom and I will celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.  Most of those years, we have lived in Pensacola.  During the early years of our marriage, I was a stay-at-home mom for our two sons.  After our sons were in college, I returned to school and graduated from the University of West Florida with a Communication Arts degree.  The last 20 years have been active ones.  While assisting my husband with his construction firm, I also worked as a free-lance writer for area and regional publications.  Lilke the majority of my classmates today, we enjoy our home, family, friends and travel.  Our faith is important to us as well and Tom and I have been members of Trinity Presbyterian Church for 30 years.  We are looking forward to seeing my classmates at the 50th reunion.
