Classmate Profiles


 

Deceased classmates have been moved to the In Memoriam section of the website.  Click HERE for a list of those classmates.  With those exceptions, every senior classmate that appeared in the 1960 ANNONA has a profile here. Please follow the instructions below to find or create your profile and update your information.  If, after reading the instructions, you are not able to access your profile, go ahead and create a new one and it will be merged with the old one.  

1) Type your LAST name into the "search" box found below in the center of the page and enter.  When your profile appears, you will see a notation on the right: "Is this You? Fill in your profile here."  Click on "here" and a Registration Form will appear.  Note:  The default listing is by "name at graduation" and enter LAST name only, which for the ladies would be your maiden name.  Please try to edit from the existing profile unless you did not appear in the graduating class in the 1960 ANNONA.

2) Choose a Username and Password.  Both will be required if you need to edit your profile in the future so you should make a note of them.  (If you forget, you can be sent a reminder through the website.)

3) Complete the registration form.  Note: The website administrator has access to all of the information on the registration form, but none of your personal information will appear on the website unless you want it to. 

4) Upload a recent ("now") photo to your profile by clicking on the "browse" or "choose file" button that appears below "now"  and locate the image on your computer.

5) You must click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form to save the changes.

Woodworking, rehabing houses, landscaping and working outside. hunting and fishing. 25 years in Ministry until health forced a change. We have two good children who have good marriages and four children each. Ev and I will celebrate our 47th anniversary this July. We love helping people. We were privileged to care for Ev's parents for 14 years before they passed from this life. We've never made lots of money, but have made lots of friends around the country and have discovered that real prosperity and peace of mind is not in a large bank account or all the 'toys' and 'stuff ' that money can buy.  Life consists not in the abundance of what one possesses, but Whom. All the credit must go to the Lord,for a good family , and any lives that we have touched, encouraged or enhanced, and any good that has been accomplished. It has been and is our privilege to be a servant. Our Goal is to develop a Ranch Ministry where people in ministry can come without charge and R & R.

Comment: I still work full time.  My remaining time has been dedicated to taking care of my wife,  who was chronically ill (Alzheimer's), until her recent death on March 29, 2010.

Comment: After graduation from PHS, I attended PJC and then graduated from FSU in 1963 with a B.S. in Elementary Education.  Also married Richard in 1963.  Have lived in Pensacola, Atlanta, Jacksonville, and retired to East Tennessee near the Great Smoky Mountains.  Have taught school, sold real estate, owned several  businesses, been involved in the tourist industry, and property development.  I love gardening, reading, photography and spending time with our four granddaughters.  I like traveling to Bradenton to visit our daughter and to Houston to visit our son and his family.  I have an 8 month old Yorkie puppy, Lexi, who makes each day very special!

BETTY RAE MORRIS (RUSSELL)

Comment: Shortly after graduation, I married and moved to Hawaii for several years.  When my husband was discharged, we moved to the Boston area where I worked in many temp jobs.  Since the weather was awful (especially after Hawaii), I left for California.  This was during the "hippie revolution" and things were exciting.  I lived in Berkeley and first worked at a biological research lab. then I found a great permanent job at an educational research facility.  The lab worked in the Bay Area schools, had video taping studio (3 inch tapes!  I even worked on a computer that used punch cards.) When that job came to a close, I moved to Sacramento to be closer to my father who also moved to CA.  It was here that I met my wonderful husband of 34 years.  I spent 26 years as a paralegal and running his law office.  I retired several years ago and spend my time gardening.  I have a huge garden (15 kinds of tomatoes) and lots of other vegetables and herbs.  We are part of the slow food movement and what we don't grow, we buy local and organic.  I am still an avid reader, thanks to my great literature class at PHS.  Although I will not be coming to the reunion this year, I will try in the future.
