Classmate Profiles
Deceased classmates have been moved to the In Memoriam section of the website. Click HERE for a list of those classmates. With those exceptions, every senior classmate that appeared in the 1960 ANNONA has a profile here. Please follow the instructions below to find or create your profile and update your information. If, after reading the instructions, you are not able to access your profile, go ahead and create a new one and it will be merged with the old one.
1) Type your LAST name into the "search" box found below in the center of the page and enter. When your profile appears, you will see a notation on the right: "Is this You? Fill in your profile here." Click on "here" and a Registration Form will appear. Note: The default listing is by "name at graduation" and enter LAST name only, which for the ladies would be your maiden name. Please try to edit from the existing profile unless you did not appear in the graduating class in the 1960 ANNONA.
2) Choose a Username and Password. Both will be required if you need to edit your profile in the future so you should make a note of them. (If you forget, you can be sent a reminder through the website.)
3) Complete the registration form. Note: The website administrator has access to all of the information on the registration form, but none of your personal information will appear on the website unless you want it to.
4) Upload a recent ("now") photo to your profile by clicking on the "browse" or "choose file" button that appears below "now" and locate the image on your computer.
5) You must click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form to save the changes.

Untangling myself from what I call the straitjacket of the south;teaching what we educators label handicapped children(learning disabled, gifted, educably and trainable retarded) and working as a consultant to other teachers;struggling to change the world's perception of different to something other than disabled; collecting more than one husband along the way;raising two lovely children;living in Germany 5 years, learning German and French;hiking, bicycling across Europe;singing in choral groups;attending the NY Philharmonic;writing poetry;studying Zen Buddhism with a passion;kayaking at my camp in the Adirondacks;singing in a small Episcopal choir;taking long walks along the Seine every autumn since I retired;riding in Thailand on the back of my brother's motorcycle; chopping vegetables and cooking for my friends; birdwatching;reading, reading, reading; caring for my 88 year old mother who lives with us since last year;quietly working for peace, one person at a time starting with me and my large extended Jewish-Christian-Buddhist "family"; learning to love myself as I fall out on any given morning and striving to do the same for others. Moved back to Pensacola three years ago to bring my now 94 year old mother back to avoid our long cold winters in NY. Have been very happily involved with the Jazz Society of Pensacola. We just held JazzFest 2015. I sang with the Temple Beth-El Jazz Shabbat the eve before and had a great time. We are very pleased to be here and involved with St. Christopher's, the Vietnamese Buddhist temple, Impact 100, League of Women Voters and Friends of the Library. We are really enjoying Pensacola and the variety of activities available. Has been an adventure reuniting with the city and friends after so long. |
